Delivery methods and charges explained

We understand that you want your part fast! - At DYSONSPARES.IE - all our staff are instructed in this. If we have your requirements at our premises - they will go out the same day! ... If we don't have it our suppliers will wing it to us as fast as possible. Once we receive it - It goes out the same day! - No delay!

At present we can only deliver to the Island of Ireland and the UK. If you wish to order something from mainland Europe - we can discuss delivery charges. All products are dispatched from our premises in Dublin, Ireland. If you live in the UK we may dispatch products directly from a UK source to avoid delays.

ORDER TOTAL BASED SHIPPING CHARGES - We use a total based shipping rate system on this site and the delivery charges are as follows below

DELIVERY METHODS EXPLAINED - We employ two methods of delivery for local, national and international delivery ;

LOCAL DELIVERY - Local delivery refers to the county of Dublin, Ireland - This means we may use a postal service or courier service dictated by practicality

NATIONAL DELIVERY - Refers to each county in Ireland outside of Dublin. We will use the national postal service or courier

INTERNATIONAL - At this time with International deliveries we must use the national postal service

We have found in our experience of using carriers over the years that An Post - Our national postal service - to be the best of the lot - They deliver parcels with the utmost care and deliver promptly and it has been our experience that using independent carriers has been a folly and that An Post provide the best service overall.
